The concept "Document Composition"

Infinica Process Designer

Any creation of documents involves a creation and distribution process. While the creation process involves process steps such as selection of sources and output format the distribution process defines targets (e.g. printer, archive, email,…) and further processing steps (e.g. compression, signature,…).

Infinica Process Designer allows companies to design and deploy their processes graphically. It is important to recognize that any process step can be combined in a linear and parallel way. Arbitrary numbers of process steps can be combined and be bound on decision paths.

Processes can be triggered on configurable schedules, can be activated in an ad-hoc manner or by integration to your enterprise infrastructure. Many processes are executed in a fully automatic manner. In several business situations it is however also necessary to have manual process interaction involved. In these situations Infinica delivers interactive forms to the end-user. Results of those interactions (text elements) can be directly used as an input for further document processing.
