On the track for the future

With a little distance, it is time to take a brief look back at the year 2021. We are looking back on twelve very eventful months and numerous successful projects, which have allowed us to confidently continue on our growth path.

Continuous growth

This growth was noticeable at all of our facilities. We have particularly big plans for the German office in the coming months, since the demand there has soared. As a result, our branch in Germany is now operating as an independent legal entity.

There have also been great news concerning our offices in Vienna and Slovakia. After our teams there have grown continuously, we decided to expand the offices at both locations. Because we stayed in the same buildings and moved to larger premises, our addresses have not changed. So you can reach us as usual – even though internally we are of course not afraid of a new address, because thanks to our CCM solution we would be able to update all document templates with just a few mouse clicks.

While we are thereby growing our footprint in the DACH region, we are also very pleased to be present in another world region from now on. Because thanks to our first Asian customer, we are now active on yet another continent. We will report more about this major project in the public sector soon.

We were not only able to expand our customer base regionally, however, but also in terms of industries covered. In the past year, we were able to acquire a whole range of customers from many different sectors – from logistics, energy, the public sector and railways to legaltech.

We were actively supported by our local partners. In 2021, we were able to add two new strong partners, Primaris in Poland and Moveo in Italy, who will provide us and our customers with their expertise.

Product highlights

Our Infinica platform has steadily evolved over the past year. Among the many technical enhancements, the new Release 6.1 certainly stands out. In addition to numerous detail improvements, we have also released a new reporting module. Thanks to this, our Infinica platform now offers significantly improved reporting and analysis options. In addition, work on further upcoming modules and product features has progressed well over the past months.

Event Highlights

And of course, there were once again two major focal points in our Infinica year. On September 10th our Business Cup took place. In beautiful sunshine, yet another illustrious round of business teams competed for the coveted first place in the heart of Vienna.

Among others, teams from boats2sail, Canon, Drei Business, Kapsch Business, mehrwasser.net, MG Motors Austria, Samsung, Soulier & VITRA/behan+thurm took part and competed against each other in regatta mode on the new Danube and with the original yachts of the Sailing Bundesliga.

At the beginning of October it finally was time again for our annual Infinica Day, which offered customers, partners, interested parties and friends the opportunity to gain valuable insights into our company and to exchange ideas with like-minded people.

Like last year, it was an online-only event, but thanks to the interactive event platform, the atmosphere was really upbeat. The participants were not only able to follow the different presentations, but also to interact with our employees and the speakers at the virtual booths or to exchange ideas with other participants in the Infinica Lounge or to give feedback on our products in the Infinica Lab.

Thanks to the great interest and more than 150 participants, we were even able to break last year’s record with this year’s Infinica Day. At the same time, we are looking forward to meeting you again in person at the next opportunity. With this in mind, we are already looking forward to Infinica Day 2022.

The sails are set for 2022

We would like to thank all our customers, partners and friends for their support in the past year, without which we would not have been able to maintain our growth course as successfully. We are excited about the highlights that await us in the current year – and the prospects are good, as we have set sail for another successful year.
